They coordinate flock production to meet customer, and market needs and build long lasting partnerships with farmers to ensure a consistent, ethically sourced, high-quality egg supply. Farm Development Manager Farm Relations Manager The Office Team ensures efficient administrative, financial, and human resources functions. They are a key part of keeping the business organized and ensuring all teams have the support they need.  This team encompasses many roles that have varying functions that all work together towards supporting excellence. IT/Admin Support Technician Data Acquisition and Programming Assistant Sales & Marketing Team The Sales & Marketing Team develops sales growth and marketing strategies, builds brand awareness, and builds new and existing relationships with customers. They help to ensure the highest level of customer care from the Westfield Team to each customer we get to serve.
