The Land of Milk and Honey is a small farm located in the beautiful farmland of Nebraska, near Hebron and Belvidere area. We raise Purebred Dorsets,Crossbred market lambs, Wool sheep, Boar cross goat, Serama show chickens and have farm fresh eggs..hoping to add back : bees and milk goats, more fiber animals and laying hens. We use goats milk and honey and wax, plus various herbs that we grow,/local and natural source to make natural, handmade soaps, balms and scrubs. Along with our body products, we sell seasonally meat from our pigs, rabbits, chickens and Turkeys. We have eggs available all year as well. Please contact us to get on our waiting list for pigs, chickens, rabbits, turkeys as they sell fast. For the market hogs, we generally sell half or whole hog, and we use a local professional processor for the meat...which can be cut and wrapped to your liking. We offer homesteading classes at the farm including: animal husbandry, processing small animals, canning, cheese making , bee keeping and now fiber processing. Fiber classes can consist of : processing raw wool fibers, felting workshops, dying workshops, drop spinning and much more . We also teach art and have art kits available.
