Meadow River Farm has been dedicated to raising a variety of standard & unique poultry from day-old chicks to started pullets and roosters. Many families have visited & gotten valuable information on how to get started raising chicks for their own backyard venture. There's nothing more rewarding than collecting fresh eggs from your own backyard! You can even have a colorful egg basket with white, brown, blue, or green eggs. Several local farmers take advantage of getting a jumpstart having large quantities of started pullets for their egg production needs for their farm stand, farmer's market, or CSA.
