Taxes and shipping calculated at checkout Regenerative Farming at The Ridge At Leipers Creek Farm, we practice regenerative agriculture on our 55-acre farm—a holistic approach that goes beyond sustainability to actively restore and improve the land, soil, and ecosystem. Rotational Grazing Our animals move regularly across pastures, mimicking natural grazing patterns. This allows grass to recover, builds soil health, and prevents overgrazing. Each animal plays a role in the ecosystem—cows, sheep, goats, chickens, and guineas all contribute to soil regeneration. Pasture-Based Systems Our animals spend their lives on pasture, eating what they were designed to eat. Our Jersey cows graze on grass year-round (weather permitting), producing nutrient-dense A2/A2 milk. Chickens forage for bugs and greens, laying eggs with deep orange yolks. Soil Health First Healthy soil = healthy plants = healthy animals = healthy people. We focus on building organic matter, increasing biodiversity, and minimizing soil disturbance. Our practices sequester carbon, improve water retention, and create resilient ecosystems. Low-Input Management We prioritize thoughtful, low-input farming over industrial methods. No synthetic fertilizers, no routine antibiotics, no shortcuts. Just careful observation, intentional management, and respect for natural systems. Jersey Cows (A2/A2 Dairy)Our Jersey cows are 100% grass-fed and produce A2/A2 milk, which many people find easier to digest. We maintain a closed herd, meaning we don't introduce outside animals—this protects herd health and maintains our genetic lines. Our cows are treated with respect and care every single day, and we offer free-choice minerals to ensure optimal nutrition. Pasture-Raised Chickens Our chickens live on pasture, foraging for insects, greens, and seeds. They're moved regularly to fresh ground, which keeps them healthy and fertilizes the soil naturally. We supplement their diet with organic, non-GMO, corn-free, soy-free, and seed oil-free feed—the cleanest feed available. Eggs Our hens produce nutrient-dense eggs with vibrant yolks. They're raised humanely on pasture with fresh air and a natural diet supplemented with our premium organic feed. Seasonal Produce We grow vegetables and herbs using regenerative practices—no synthetic chemicals, just healthy soil, compost, and careful stewardship. We don't compromise on what our animals eat: Humane On-Site Processing Our chickens are processed on-site by us, ensuring the highest standards of humane treatment. We prioritize low-stress handling throughout the entire process—our birds are treated with dignity from start to finish. Quality & Freshness All products are carefully sealed and frozen immediately to lock in freshness and nutrients. This ensures you receive the highest quality products while maintaining food safety standards. Industrial agriculture depletes the soil, harms ecosystems, and produces food that's less nutritious. Regenerative farming does the opposite: We're not just growing food—we're healing the land and nourishing families. We believe you have the right to know how your food is raised. That's why we: We don't hide behind buzzwords or certifications. We do the work, and we're happy to show you how. Farming this way is slower. It's harder. It requires more attention, more care, and more patience. But it's the right way—for the land, for the animals, for our community, and for the future. We are caretakers, not owners. And that responsibility shapes everything we do. Questions about our practices? We'd love to hear from you. Reach out anytime—we're always happy to talk about how we farm and why it matters.
