Leffler Prime Performance was established in 2015, combining the owner's passion for agriculture and talent in track and field. The family farm and ranch, located 3 miles West of Americus, Kansas, was established in 1941 and is 4 generations strong, providing Kansas raised beef. The owner also has a private coaching business for track & field throwing events, having competed at Kansas State University and earned degrees in Kinesiology and Family Studies/Human Services before turning to private coaching after a stint at Emporia State University. Mike and Donna Uhl became the new owners of Allen Meat Processing on July 1st, 2019, bringing together a cattleman and a chef to produce high-quality meat cuts. Donna's culinary arts background and knowledge of food safety made it a great fit, and the previous owner's butcher stayed on with them.
