We are Mike and Dominica plus six kids, plenty of animals, and we are constantly tackling new projects—raising livestock, building structures, and cooking the good life. In the Summer of 2023, we launched Black Clover Country Coffee Roasterout of our farm, sourcing top-quality beans and roasting them to perfection. Inspired by 2nd wave coffee, our bold, dark roasts are perfect for espresso, cold brew, and fueling your next adventure. Ourlivestock programconsists of ourgrass-fed beefprogram,pastured pork, andpastured poultrythat includes both chickens and turkeys.
