About Howling Hill Farm Nigerian Dairy Goats

This is the page that I am most proud of out of all of them. I did not get to see the full realization of my vision, but I was blessed to come much closer than I imagined in such a short amount of...

Our Story

Howling Hill Farm began its official sunset in the summer of 2021, with the sale of the remaining alpaca herd to Annie Hunt of Willow Wind Farm in Colorado. The sunset began years before that, and has lingered on beyond the summer 2021 date. As of 2023, Howling Hill Farm is no more, and the website remains as a monument to the past. The owner struggled with the concept of renaming the farm and all associated ventures entirely. The owner expresses thanks to those who followed and trusted them for advice throughout the years. The owner is taking an indefinite break from livestock, but leaves the Babydoll sheep page up for archival purposes and the possibility of future production. The owner also mentions that once upon a time, Howling Hill Farm did have Scottish Highland Cattle. The owner also mentions that photographing animals on the farm was once one of the most enjoyable aspects of owning them, but the requirement to photograph hundreds of animals for sales purposes ruined it for them. The owner hopes that changes over the years, but for now, they don't get out their camera much. The most enjoyable ones of their past were always of a more artistic nature. A few are posted on the photography page for enjoyment purposes only. The owner is most proud of the Past Production page, as they did not get to see the full realization of their vision, but they were blessed to come much closer than they imagined in such a short amount of time. The owner is leaving this page up for archival purposes, and states that these animals are no longer available. The owner also mentions that for anyone researching the Babydoll breed, spotted or otherwise, these sheep are an absolute delight. Part of the reason that the owner is leaving this page up is to allow for the possibility of producing more in the future. The owner also mentions that they are not selling anything at this time as far as livestock is concerned. If you are trying to reach them for some other reason, please feel free
