In 1986 we bought the 24-room Virginia Hotelin Cape May and made our vision reality. Our success at The Virginia allowed us to buy the iconic Congress Halland restore it to its original grandeur. Our Growing Portfolio New projects in Cape May soon followed, including the restoration of The Star,Beach Shack, the Sandpiper Beach Club, the Congress Place Suitesand the Beach Plum Farm Cottages. In 2015, after a two-year, top-to-bottom renovation, we opened Baron’s Covein Sag Harbor. Most recently, in 2021, Cape Resorts welcomed the Pridwin Hotel & Cottagesto its portfolio.
